Cogniteam Nimbus + 634AI MAESTRO

Cogniteam and 634AI are teaming up to reduce operational expenses and increase safety in warehouse robotics. Cogniteam’s Nimbus robotics system, which was created to expedite robotic ventures by supplying a proven echo system for development, will be used in conjunction with 634AI’s MAESTRO control tower. The tower uses computer vision and AI to streamline the management of goods, equipment, human-driven vehicles, and autonomous mobile robot (AMR) development.

According to 634AI, its semantic analytics can provide real-time safety alerts for human-driven vehicles, a flexible system, and navigation for AMRs. They also believe autonomous machines are the best way to improve warehouse safety. The two hope that, when combined with Nimbus, it will help speed up time-to-market for AMRs.

One of the goals of the new system is to let “robots do the heavy lifting.” Forklifts are commonly used in warehouses, making up 850,000 units throughout the U.S. But due to labor shortages, the vehicles are often used inefficiently. Cogniteam and 634AI anticipate having robots take over to increase worker safety and make operations more efficient.
