The 60-A TDK-Lambda iJB series of point-of-load (POL) dc-dc converters integrate intelligent auto-tuning technology to enhance dynamic performance, system stability, and current read-back accuracy.

The 60-A TDK-Lambda iJB series of point-of-load (POL) dc-dc converters integrate intelligent auto-tuning technology to enhance dynamic performance, system stability, and current read-back accuracy. Input voltage ranges from 8 to 14 V dc, while output voltage ranges from 0.6 to 2 V with 0.5% set-point accuracy. Maximum output power is 120 W, and efficiency (2-V output) reaches 93%. Parallel operation is possible for higher currents up to 100 A. PMBus functionality provides real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and temperature, and allows for full programmability of the iJB parameters. Function-setting pins facilitates their use in applications where PMBus communication isn’t implemented, including parallel operation. The surface-mount device measures 26.8 by 24.1 by 9.7 mm. Applications include servers, routers, and other information and communication technology (ICT) equipment; semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and general industrial equipment.
