All the necessary circuitry to perform three channels of conditioning and sampling is contained in the AD9814, a complete 14-bit, 10-MSPS analog signal processor for CCD imaging applications. Each channel consists of an input clamp, a correlated double sampler, an offset DAC and a programmable gain amplifier, which are all multiplexed to a high-performance, true 14-bit a/d converter. The chip guarantees no missing codes, even when operating at full speed on all three channels, making it well-suited for demanding applications such as flatbed and film scanners, digital color copiers and multifunction peripherals. Power consumption is 330 mW. Small quantities are delivered from stock.
