Designed with a closed magnetic circuit for high-density board assembly, the HM74 series surface-mount inductors measure 15 mm2 and 5 mm high. Capable of handing continuous currents up to 27A, the inductors are constructed with a ferrite core material that exhibits low losses at frequencies up to 5 MHz. Inductance values range from 0.4 µH to 6.3 µH and current ratings from 6.5A to 26A. They provide a dc resistance from 1.1 m½ to 17.2 m½ and operate over a temperature range from -25ûC to 135ûC. typical pricing is less than $1 each in quantity with lead times from 10 to 12 weeks ARO.
