Skinny TFT LCDs Extend Temp Range

The InfoVue TFT color LCDs feature an extended temperature range, LED backlighting, and thin profiles starting at 3 mm. Operating temperatures range from -20°C to +70°C. Compatible with standard LCD drivers, the components use LED backlights, allowing for rich colors, darker blacks, and a contrast ratio of 500:1. They are available in standard and touchscreen formats with 3.5-, 4.3-, 5.7-, and 7-in. diagonal screen sizes.  The resistive type touchscreens operate in a four-bit parallel interface.
