TFT LCD Line Adds LED Backlighting

Addressing increasing demand, the company extends its LCD offerings by adding TFT LCDs with white LED backlights to its portfolio. The displays feature longer lifetimes, an average of 60,000 hours, with front of screen brightness levels ranging from 400 cd/m² to 700 cd/m² for indoor use and 800 cd/m² to 1500 cd/m² for outdoor applications. Additional features include viewing angles up to 160º, contrast ratios to 1,000:1, and wide operating and storage temperature ranges. Available display sizes include 2”, 3”, 3.5”, 4.3”, 5”, 5.7”, 6.5”, 8.4”, 10.4”, 12.1”, and 15” diagonal with a variety of resolutions. Sample pricing for the 8.4” LED-backlit TFT LCD is $330.
